FBI Calls on Public to Help Identify Masked English-Speaking ISIS Militant

The Federal Bureau of Investigation asked the public for information on the identity of a suspected Islamic State militant, who speaks with what officials describe as "a North American accent," in an appeal issued Wednesday.
